Mexican food every night
I had leftover tortilla soup this evening and was already planning tacos for Thursday, so I have decided to see if I can eat something with a Mexican, Tex-Mex, or Southwestern bent every night this week. I think this is a worthy experiment. Opening the floor to suggestions… what are your favorites?
WatchThis is especially interesting to me since I started my calligraphy class last weekend. I love writing things out by hand and I can’t wait to move on to the Copperplate workshop.
