Dinner: Quinoa with random sauteed CSA veggies and parmesan stuffed into bell peppers and baked (a little burned, actually- I did not realize how high I’d turned the oven). No photo— they were healthy and tasty, but not very attractive.
P.S. Add burned quinoa to the list of charred foods I enjoy.
